I know many librarians visited Chicago last summer, so I’m asking the question: What’s the top site to see? I’m going there this Thanksgiving weekend (boo, no turkey for me) and I’ll most likely be uber busy dancing til my feet are incredibly sore, but if possible, I thought I’d try to make at least one touristy site. I’ve never been to Chicago (though I used to live just 4 hours away!) and it’d be a waste to not see any of it.

Of course, if there are any sites close to where I’ll be that’s great. Some of the dances are taking place at the Ida Noyes Hall, the Chicago Journeymen Plumbers’ Local Union 130 Hall, the John C. Kluczynski Federal Plaza, and the Willowbrook ballroom (Willow Springs). Know of anything worth seeing close to these? I know it’s a shot in the dark, but thought I’d try.

I’m so excited for this trip I can’t work! Only 4 days to go.
