Canada donates books to National Library in Bosnia-Herzegovina

Canada Donates 1,000 Books for BH Library – Javno.com:

The project was initiated by the Canadian Embassy in BH with the goal of Canada contributing to the renewal of the National and University Library fund in BH.

67 Canadian publishers responded to the event, supplying around 1,000 publications from various areas of literature. Students and the broader readership will be able to use the books.

I couldn’t find the library website, but I did find the Virtual Catalogue that links several libraries in BH. Bosnia-Herzegovina may be celebrating 10 years of peace, but I’m sure the National library has a long way to go to fully recover and every little bit from countries like Canada can help!
